Conservancy and irrigation districts enjoy a unique role in the regions they serve. LRPA is well – versed in the wide variety of legal issues faced by local water districts and has extensive experience with all facets of the law relating to political subdivisions. LRPA has worked on the property tax code as it relates to revenue streams for districts and has drafted and revised election codes for review by the Secretary of State.
